ANNUAL CAMPAIGN: “The Y. So Much More.”

We are a nonprofit organization that believes everyone, regardless of age, income, or background should have the opportunity to grow with us at the Y.  With programs from A to Z – like athletics to advocacy, dance classes to disease prevention, volleyball to volunteerism – we don’t just strengthen individuals, we strengthen communities.

There is a strong correlation between income and health. Each year, we raise funds to ensure that those who need us most have access to quality programs, activities and facilities. When you give to our Annual Campaign you make a difference in the lives of people from all backgrounds and economic levels. We’re asking for your support. It’s easy, just Donate Now!. Together We Can Do So Much More.

Impact of Your Gift

Because of you…children have the support they need to become successful adults, individuals develop the courage to fight obesity, and families grow stronger together. You’ve Made more Possible

THANK YOU for joining us at the Y’s Hour of Impact luncheon in support of our Annual Campaign on September 16, 2014. Because of you, more than $118,000 was raised to help remove income as a barrier to health, education, and opportunity. Because of you, children like 10 year-old Madison can regain her strength and reclaim the childhood she deserves.  Every day, the Y takes on the challenges that shape our community’s future—challenges like childhood obesity, academic achievement, and chronic diseases. Your support ensures the Y is accessible for all—regardless of circumstance. Special thanks to the Credit Unions of West Michigan for making the event possible, and to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for the “assist” with bringing Coach Tom Izzo to Grand Rapids.
