Experience the Korean form of Martial Arts taught by certified instructors at the Y. These instructors will teach students to apply defensive and offensive Tae Kwon Do techniques, as well as physical and mental skill sets, all while increasing self-confidence. Classes emphasize safety, self-control, strength and focus. Students work with the teacher to progress at the pace that is right for them. Students of all ages will enjoy practicing Tae Kwon Do at the Y in a non-competitive, mutually respectful environment.
